Vibrissea truncorum Fries in Lyngstøylvatnet, Ørstad, Møre og Romsdal county, W Norway.

The lake Lyngstøylvatnet is a new locality for Vibrissea truncorum Fries in Norway. V. truncorum was found on submerged trunks down to 8 metres below the water surface. As far as we know, V. truncorum has never been recorded at such depths previously. In Scandinavia, this is the first ever record not referring to rivers or brooks.
