Elodea canadensis Michx in Molandsvatnet, Arendal, South Norway.

Elodea canadensis is reported from lake Molandsvatnet, Arendal, Aust-Agder county, southernmost Norway. The locality is the second one in the Agder counties. The crayfish Astacus astacus was deliberately introduced into the lake in the mid-1950's. Elodea was possibly introduced unintentionally at that time.
