[RLL List # 245 / Rec.# 38299] Abstract: There has been developed a mechanochemical technology of one-stage production of highly effective solid phase biocomplexes (without use of solvents) based on "the universal active filler" - lichenβ-oligosaccharides polymer matrix. It has been shown that lichens can be a source for production of the filler with apparent adsorption activity for solid dosage forms (SDF). It has been a statistically significant establishment that the bicomponent vegetative mechanocomplex based on the lichen β-oligosaccharides filler and a small amount of Rhodiola rosea has a broad spectrum of adaptogenic effects, it increases body's resistance of laboratory animals to physical loads and extreme factors of different nature
