Abstract: 8 fig. 4 tab. [The maritime site (King George Island) has 198 species, including many macrolichens, while the continental site (Syowa Station) has only 57 species, mostly microlichens. Most of the genera found at the continental site occur also at the maritime site, although only 20 percent of the maritime species occur also at the continental site.]
