Abstract: [Specimens of Lecidella carpathica and L. viridans, including the type specimens, were analyzed by TLC and mass spectrometry. L. carpathica contains atranorin, chloroatranorin, diploicin, thuringione, and traces of 4, 5-dichloro-3-O-methylnorlichexanthone. L. viridans contains thiophanic acid, arthothelin, and traces of 4, 5-dichloronorlichexanthone.]
