Abstract: ["A survey of several names of genera related to Pyrenopsis (Nyl.) Nyl. is made. Collemopsis Nyl. ex Crombie is lectotypified by C. schaereri and is a synonym of Psorotichia Massal. The generic name Pyrenopsis (Nyl.) Nyl. is proposed for conservation with P. fuscatula Nyl. as conserved type, otherwise the name is a later synonym of Thelignya Massal."]
