Abstract: 12 fig. 1 tab. ["The occurrence of anamorphs in mazaediate lichenized fungi and the Mycocaliciaceae ("Calicales s. lat.") was studied both in field-collected material and axenic cultures. Out of 87 species plated on standard agar media 51 were obtained in cultures from ascospores. Of those 24 (47%) produced anamorphs, 13 of them from lichenized species. The anamorphs occurring in the different families are described. Anamorph data support that Caliciaceae and Sphaerophoraceae belong in Lecanorales."]
