Abstract: [Tetramelas phaeophysciae sp. nov. is reported as lichenicolous on Phaeophyscia and Physcia species from Greenland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Support for the new species as separate from Buellia pulverulenta includes ITS data using Bayesian inference and parsimony analyses. Also new: Tetramelas pulverulentus (Anzi) comb. nov. and T. triphragmioides (Anzi) comb. nov. Data also support the segregation of Diplotomma from Buellia s. str.
