Abstract: For the insufficiently known species Lecidea aemulans, L. assimilis and L. cyrtidia full descriptions are given. New localities of Lecidea aemulans (new to Switzerland and the Carpathians), L. assimilis (new to Schwarzwald, Germany), L. cyrtidia (new to Canada), L. magnussoniana (new to Italy and the Austrian states Carinthia and East-Tyrol), and L. variegatula (Pomerania; until recently known from the type locality only, located 320 eastward) are reported. Lecidella goniophila var. gracilis is stated to be a synonym of Lecidella aemulans, L. subrhaetica as a synonym of L. similigena; L. micytho is likely to be a synonym of L. cyrtidia. - Lecidea magnussoniana nom. nov. is proposed as a new name for Lecidea ramulicola H. Magn. 1952 which is illegitimate being a later homonym of Lecidea ramulicola (H. Magn.) Hillm. 1944. 2 fig.
