Abstract: Omphalina grisella (Weinm.) Moser (Agaricales) has been found in the Alps of Switzerland, being constantly lichenized. The fungus is described. Is produces small thallus globules of the Botrydina type with algae of the genus Coccomyxa. The cells are uninuclear, its development is apomictic. The fungus grew on open sandy moraine soil. 3 fig.
