Hygrocybe calyptriformis (Berk. & Broome) Fayod found in Norway.

Hygrocybe calyptriformis (Berk. & Broome) Fayod (Agaricales: Hygrophoraceae) is reported for the first time in Norway. An earlier report of this species could not be verified. Three specimens were found in an unmanured hayfield on an island (Litlekalvøya) in Ålesund municipality in the province Møre og Romsdal. A description of the specimens and of the vegetation is given. The distribution in Europe, ecology, occurrence in red lists etc. is briefly discussed. We suggest that the species is added to the Norwegian red list as endangered.
