Botrychium simplex found at two new localities in Hvaler municipality, Østfold county, SE Norway.

Botrychium simplex is reported from two new localities in Østfold county, SE Norway. The species is known from a dozen localites in Norway and shows a disrupted distribution pattern, with some localites close to the sea shore and others in the subalpine region. At the new sites it grows on slightly sloping sea-shore rocks, with sparse vegetation on a thin layer of shell-sand. The other localites are also briefly discussed.
